I’m tired of walking past crack addicted homeless people under the arches who harass every single passerby, 5 times a week on my commute to work it’s all you get. It’d be much better for everyone to just walk up the stairs. If the lift is broken use barriers and at least let us use the stairs.

It is now 2024 you would think that in this day and age someone might be able to buy a tea or a coffee or a hot chocolate while commuting and making their way to work at some barmy time in the morning but that is simply not possible at the station. You can pay some of the highest ticket prices in Europe I mean it could quite possibly be the world but over way offer your customer some refreshments so they can green and bear the terrible train service that is offered from the station.

Was asking a genuine question and then asked for clarification as I did not understand and the woman had the poorest & snappiest attitude with me. The staff by the barriers were really helpful though, although one of the staff departing the train had a slight tone with me.

Regular services, friendly staff, some seating in the ticket office (but could do with some more).
The exits weren’t signposted very well, so it was slightly confusing if you’re not local and you don’t know which exit you need.

Ticket office staff are great very good at sorting train times and the best ticket to buy.
Staff easy to use and clean
Has lift to Street level for people who need this service
