Totally unprofessional in their manners and attitude. Had been promised an email with my booking confirmation the time I managed to get through within the hour. 4 hours later I am still waiting and have been hung up on 7 times.
Sort yourselves out. You can’t treat people like this you unprofessional ignoramuses
