We visited Foster Square TUI Superstore to find out more details and , if possible , to book another destination. We sat with Ashley for nearly three hours. We finally decided to book a three destination holiday to Bali Indonesia.
Ashley worked so hard to find us an alternative holiday, she is brilliant at her job and very knowledgeable. She is a credit to the TUI organisation.
We spoke to other members of staff ( sorry cannot remember their names ) who were also very helpful and caring.
This branch of TUI has all the hallmarks of a very well managed team and should be recognised as such.
