Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 At Shipley and Idle vets, we received a warm and reassuring welcome on arrival. The vet was knowledgeable and very kind to our elderly, anxious cat and explained everything very clearly to us. Would definitely recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I called to book an appointment for our dog Stan. He needed to be vaccinated as he will be going into kennels in March. The staff couldn’t be more helpful in booking an early appointment and explaining the process. When I went to the vets our dog was very scared. Both the staff & the vet did a great job at calming him down. Great vets, great people and a very good experience. Thank you

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We’ve been with the Shipley branch since 2020 when we got our first cat. We now have two cats. I think any pet owner knows how stressful it can be if they get poorly, but every person we have had contact with at the vets have been brilliantly calm and reassuring.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fantastic vets, always friendly and helpful. At my previous dogs end of life appointment the care shown to us and her was something I’ll always remember. At such an upsetting time it’s great to have reassurance for your pet so they’re not stressed and they were so kind. The paw print we received in the post afterwards I’ll never forget and will always hold dear. This is why our new puppy was registered here. Couldn’t be happier with the care and treatments. Thank you

Our cats have needed both routine and extra visits (one got hit by a car and the other has endured the stress of a new baby), and we have been really happy with every visit.
