Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I would give 0 stars if I could. My brothers cat went in for a pre op check. The nurse checked for a microchip (a very basic thing to do) and said he didn’t have one. During neutering a microchip magically appeared and the cat was handed back to the registered owners. This left my brother broken hearted as he had been caring for the cat for almost a year. If the nurse had done her job properly this would not have happened. I’ve heard the excuse that a microchip can move but it can’t possibly disappear. On top of that the registered owners haven’t even had the courtesy to call my brother and thank him.

Rating:5 Took our beautiful Bella here and unexpectedly she was seriously ill and needed to be PTS the vet Tamsin, nurse and all the receptionists could not have been kinder, more compassionate and sincere. The only downside I have is how the vets is set out. Devastated owners sat with owners having their animals pampered. Paying after the procedure (I literally couldn’t see the machine through crying) I think paying first would be more sensitive. The staff were wonderful

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Staff are awesome at this particular branch, 9 times out of ten they are fully stocked up with all of our pets needs. Always recommended and we visit a minimum of twice a week!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Both the nurse and the vet were very gentle and thoughtful in their handling of my cat. They explained what they were doing at each stage and treated Poppy with kindness and skill. I was made to feel fully involved with her treatment and future care options. Everyone at this branch of Vet’s for Pets is extremely kind and helpful. They quickly learned Poppy’s name and greet us warmly. They are friendly and very efficient. I don’t know what I’d do without them. A big thank you to them all.

My pet was in bad shape due to allergies, the way the vet examined and treated him was outstanding. The level of detail the vet went into the explain the situation and on going care was way beyound expectaion. My pet is since back to great health due to their advice and care.
The price of the care was fair, I feel.
