Rating:2 The first time i stepped in here it was such an hostile environment the receptionist are very rude even asking questions about the plans and care they were very blunt and told me to go on the website even though i have but needed more info on certain things but the vets are amazing they super kind and give you all the help, really looked after my cats. I would move to another vets4pets but this is the closest to where we live but i get anxious everytime coming into this establishment. not welcoming at all.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 interrupted a Reception staffs personal convo to ask a question about care plans and she was really rude and unwilling to help and said look online. Do I have the internet ? What kind of service is that, I asked one question face to face and she could have easily explained but didn’t – I then got the FLEA treatment put on by the nurse and it doesn’t work , theyve ran out of vaccines for pets so you don’t get that even though it’s involved in the care plan and when I called for my pets second set of flea treatment they said we’ve changed our prices a few days so we now charge extra if you want a appointment……… so basically I pay monthly for vets for pets care plan and now I have to pay extra every time I come in just for making an appointment with the nurse who does the pet weight and flea treatment. Their false advertising and I highly advise going to Yorkshire pets- very lovely and kinds.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Was my Cats final day yesterday and I have never experienced such kindness. The vet, Catherine is the best vet I have ever met. She did her very best for my boy but sadly he was so very poorly. She made his last day with us gentle, kind and very caring. The care she gave to me was out of this world and I’m so very grateful.

Sadly she was put to sleep on the operating table (with my consent) and the whole team were nothing but kind, compassionate and cared for her with dignity until I arranged cremation the next day.
We cannot speak more highly of their dedication and care x
