Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 I try not to post negative feedback but I fear the toilets may never get furnished (with doors that close and in one case a door that is missing). Other than the toilets I suppose everything else looks averagely polished and clean. Front entrance is still well maintained…

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Brilliant staff, great service and spacious. However, proper lighting comes on when food is served prior to that the photos are pink due to the poor lighting. Don’t know why they do that because pictures are mostly taken prior to eating. The lighting was very off putting and this is not my opinion only but alot of people mentioned this.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Hi, I have to mention that the bathroom facilities were not up to standard. There was a strong odor and cleanliness was lacking. It’s something the venue should definitely address to ensure a better experience for future guests. Just wanted to be honest and provide constructive feedback.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had my grandsons first birthday at Rio grande. It was absolutley amazing. Shaid and Kirby went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. Service was outstanding. The food was 10/10 everything was just perfect. I highly recommend if you are looking to book any event this is your go to venue. They take all the pressure of you and will make sure your special day is one to remember.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My nieces wedding was here on the 21st of October. The food Oh my god it was the BEST wedding food I have ever eaten at a wedding! The manager Shahid made sure everything went to plan and on time and was there to help my sister and guide her. We had over 900 guests but there were no issues.

The revamped venue is amazing, staff were great and a big shout out to the manager Shahid for making sure my nieces wedding was perfect! I would recommend you book this hall for your weddings 5 stars from me and all our guests 🙂
