0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Recently had some rugs made by this company. The oldish chap in the shop didn’t want our custom but reluctantly agreed to do the work. Was exceptionally rude and blatantly disliked the look of me. I just wish whoever takes over from this old chap doesn’t inherit his ignorant prejudiced views especially working in a multicultural city such as Bradford.

Rating:1 they really don’t care, I’m only writing this review as its not the first time I’ve experienced bad customer service. the older chap is so rude talking down to you, just read the other reviews and it seems he’s only rude to people of colour. I’m sorry mate your shop is in the middle of manningham bradford. Treat your customers with respect what ever colour or you will find you wont be their much longer.

We have conducted our business over the phone, where we have delivered and picked up items that have been worked on. Sometimes business’ are great business’, just the people may not be great at facing customers. i.e. more trade account as opposed to retail account. Main question is did they do what they were asked to do at the right price?

He refused card payments and was adamant he just wanted cash in hand. Never again will we set foot here again and neither will our family and friends. Wouldn’t wish any of them to be spoken to like that or belittled and patronised.
Maybe he should Have a sign hanging outside saying ‘NO COLOURED PEOPLE ALLOWED INSIDE’
